Office and Lab Space for Lease

WHAT YOUR COMPANY RECEIVES AS A PSBA TENANT
- Flexible lease terms: Rolling six-month leases to allow companies high flexibility, plus opportunities to take on more space as you grow.
- Competitive lease rates: Average rate of $18.00 (range $17.50 to $18.50), which is below average market rates for Class B office space in downtown Portland. Monthly rates include high-speed internet access, server room rack space, janitorial service, utilities, furnishings, and use of all common areas.
- Furnished offices: workstations, desks, chairs in all spaces
- Multiple meetings rooms and kitchens: There are four conference/meeting rooms available through an online reservation system. Also four kitchens and two break rooms, plus bathrooms on all floors.
- Multiple programs to help support your business. University Linkages and Investor Readiness Program, in addition to other no-cost programs.
- Great amenities that help your company control costs that are not typically included in commercial leases
- Free, unlimited internet access via a 100 Mb channel
- Highly discounted, on-site parking ($25 per month per permit)

- Suite 130: 1,188 usable SF, open office, furnished, $1,992/month.
- Large Office (2,000 SF - 3,500 SF)
- Suite 140: 3,178 usable SF, furnished, 3 private offices, open collaboration space, $5,656.33/month.
- Available September 1: Suite 111, 3,000 usable SF, furnished, 26 workstations and two private offices.
- Available October 1: Suite 135, 2,110 usable SF, furnished, 12 workstations, entry workstation, one private office, storage room, $3,822/month.
