CONDITIONS OF USE
- Use of the Office Depot Account is limited to $500.00 per month, unless tenant requests authorization from the PSBA office to make a larger purchase.
- All invoices will be included on your company’s monthly lease invoice. Charges must be paid by the company when monthly rent is paid (First of the month, with 10 day grace period).
- Office supplies will be ordered on a monthly basis, versus many small orders during the month. Occasional exceptions are acceptable only if needs are urgent or unexpected.
- Tenant’s lease account must be in good standing with the PSBA.
- Violations of conditions 1, 2, 3, 4 may result in cancellation of purchasing privileges provided by the PSBA.
