Technical skills are necessary but not sufficient to meet the challenges of today's entrepreneurs. Leaders are required to have interpersonal skills in order to build their teams, direct operations, and have effective relationships with investors, among other leadership challenges. Those who are successful demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, and this EQ can often what make the difference between success and failure.
PSU Professor Carolyn McKnight will lead an active discussion of what this means for you and your team and help you develop strategies for expanding your "entrepreneurial EQ" so that you and your company can succeed.
