Living Your Business Plan

Where’s your business plan? Sitting on a shelf gathering dust? In your head where you haven’t exactly pinned down some critical details? A plan needs to be a living document that is readily accessible, gets updated frequently, and helps you stay on track. But it also can guide you in the qualitative side of business—building your team and your company culture. That’s where the work gets done.

This lunch seminar will help you effectively “live your plan.” Topics will cover:

  1. Creating a plan that works for you
  2. Living your business plan
  3. Motivating your employees
  4. Expanding and growing your business
