Presentation slides: Uncovering the Constraints to Your Company's Growth
Overview: If you could change three things at your company to enable sustained top-line growth, what would they be? Are you sure? The majority of the constraints to growth are weaknesses in the way the company interacts with the market it has chosen to serve. Unfortunately, most companies can't prioritize or even identify these shortcomings. In fact, in today's climate of cash conservation, many companies' program cuts are actually intensifying the constraints.
What You'll Learn at the Lunch and Learn
• Three of the most common growth constraints
• Where you should and shouldn't be cutting resources
• How misalignment can dilute your company's best efforts
• How imbalance can jeopardize your company's future
• Bonus: the reason for Evel Knievel's failed jump in Seattle in 1970
