In order to have a hard phone line installed from a outside telecom provider (such as Qwest or Integra) PSU telecom services must cross connected the line before it will be function in the jacks in your office. This simple procedure is necessary because technicians from outside providers may not be familiar with the telecom setup in the building and the equipment that PSU telecom services has installed here for PSBA tenants to use.

In order to order a cross connect or phone service from PSU your company needs to fill out a "CASH CUSTOMER AGREEMENT." This form will setup your company's account with PSU telecom services. Your company will be billed directly from PSU telecom services for a telecom cross connect or phone line services ordered from PSU.
